Shipping is free on all orders across Canada and the United States. Orders placed before our 2:00 PM MT same-day cutoff (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and dispatched the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
We ship from Calgary, Alberta via Canada Post, USPS, and UPS. The carrier is selected by destination and speed; expedited and courier options may be offered at checkout for time-sensitive shipments. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created.

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded outer box or mailer. There are no product names, compound abbreviations, logos, or descriptions of the contents printed anywhere on the outside. The return address is generic and does not identify the products inside.
Cross-border shipments (including all U.S. orders) may be subject to inspection, duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add time beyond the transit estimates above.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that research materials may be lawfully imported and possessed at the delivery address. We cannot advise on local import rules and are not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
Because these are research chemicals, we accept returns only on unopened, unused vials in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once a vial's seal is broken, or if it has been reconstituted, opened, or stored outside its shipping conditions, it cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
How to request a return:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping was free; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), in which case we cover it in full.
