We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and you should not send it to us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.

07Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Where we send commercial electronic messages, we do so in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us; we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages about your orders and account.

The Services are intended only for persons who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
