The fine print
Straightforward, prototype terms — here's exactly how referral credit works.
- Store credit, not cash. Referral rewards are issued as Pepti store credit toward future orders and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- 10% of the referred order subtotal. Credit is calculated on the product subtotal only, excluding any shipping, taxes, or discounts applied to your friend's order.
- Credited after the order is placed. Your reward posts to your account once your friend's order is placed and passes review; you'll see your available balance update above.
- Stackable, with no cap. Refer as many people as you like — every qualifying order they place earns you credit, and there is no limit on how much you can accumulate.
- One relationship per customer. A referred customer is linked to the first referral they use. Self-referrals and fraudulent or abusive activity may be reversed at our discretion.
- Prototype program. This is an early-stage program; terms, rates, and availability may change, and credit may expire if an account is closed. We'll always honor credit already earned in good faith.
For laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Handle with appropriate lab precautions.
